Shipping policy

We want every order to arrive quickly, clearly, and with no surprises. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We are a U.S.-based business with U.S.-based fulfillment — your order ships from inside the United States, not from an overseas warehouse. We do not currently ship internationally.

Free Shipping on Every Order

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no shipping fees added at the last step.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Combined with processing, most orders arrive within roughly 4–9 business days of being placed.

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods (such as holidays), or incomplete address information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then reach out to our support team and we'll help right away.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check around your property and with neighbors, and allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact our support team with your order number. We'll make it right — including replacement or a refund where appropriate.
